We would like to arrange a virtual meeting with the child/young person which will form part of the EHCP application.

VIRTUAL MEETING (30 Minutes)

This involves the child having a video conversation with a Loom Educational Psychologist via MS Teams. It might include them completing some activities such as drawings, scaling questions or to describe their aspirations for the future.

Year 1 Onwards.

The final stage is is completed with a virtual consultation.

VIRTUAL CONSULTATION (75 Minutes)

The consultation is a conversation between the Loom Educational Psychologist, parents/carers and setting representative(s). It will clarify the child’s needs, set outcomes and review any proposed support.

Once the meeting is complete, Loom Psychology submits their report to the local authority which supports part of the EHCP application.
